How much space do I need for sleeping tents?
Each sleeping tent is approximately 40" W x 45" L x 43" H. Air mattresses are 75" long. Please ensure an area is cleared big enough for the party. House of MO does not clear any items. 

How much time is needed for set-up/take down?
It depends on the job, but set-up typically takes an hour and take down about 30 minutes. We will plan a time to set up approximately 2 hours before the party and pick up will be the following afternoon.  An area needs to be cleared ahead of arrival.  

How do I pay?
Payment can be made with cash, cash app, paypal, or venmo.  A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date of your party. The remaining money must be paid upon set-up.

Can the sleeping tents be used outside?
It depends on the weather and location.  Keep pets away.

Is there a delivery fee?
There is no delivery fee for locations within 20 miles of Midwest City, OK 73130. If your location is over 20 miles, a delivery fee of $2.00 a mile will be added to your total.

What areas of Oklahoma do you serve?
We serve OKC, Midwest City, Del City, Harrah, McLoud, and more.  A delivery fee will be added for areas over 20 miles.

What if there are damages to the tents/decor/tables, etc?
Damages or lost/stolen property will result in a replacement fee for the cost of the item and may include a convenience fee. Please keep pets away from all House of MO items.  Trays may may be used for food or drink, but ensure all other items remain stain free. Vomit, nail polish, urine, slime, paint, or any dark colored stain will automatically result in a replacement fee. A contract must be signed and returned agreeing to the terms and conditions before reserving your date.

Do we get to keep anything?
All party rentals, tents, decor, etc. are for rent only, unless certain add-ons are purchased. (personalized plastic tumblers, personalized paper mache letter, etc.)

How long will the balloons last?
The balloons will last more than 24 hours, however, if a frame is used it will be picked-up the following day. The balloons will be left at the location. 

How long does it take to set up balloon installs?
Balloon installs typically take less than an hour, but it depends on the size of the job.
